I’ve never been a big fan of church leaders who think they have all the answers. There is something special about humble people who are always eager to learn. They listen, ask questions and are flexible to change. When a leader “arrives” it can be easy to lose this mentality.
What may not be so obvious is how thinking you have all the answers is the same thing as being stuck. Your answers may be working right now, but you’re stuck with you. What happens when your best solutions stop working?
